All orders are shipped within 2 days of your order date. Depending on where you live, you will get your package within 1-5 days of the date it was shipped, with shipping and tracking confirmation.
Orders are shipped UPS or USPS Priority Mail.
All orders over $100 are shipped free. All other orders are $8 flat rate.
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. But if you need your order in a hurry, please feel free to email or DM us prior to ordering and we are happy to try to accommodate!

If your order arrives with any damages or issues, please notify us via email (kate at babetteshop dot com) or Instagram DM within 24 hours of delivery.
If it simply doesn't work for you, please contact us for a return authorization within 3 days of delivery. Refunds are given for returns received within 10 days of delivery. As soon as we process your returned item, we refund the purchase amount to the original method of payment. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. You also have the option to return your item free of cost within 7 days at our brick and mortar location at 133 East Main Street in Moorestown, New Jersey (please bring your invoice).
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. All merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in the original packaging. Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag may result in a delayed refund, or may not qualify for a refund. Sale items are non-returnable. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
